Looking to buy my first investment property in 2021!

Wondering if anyone has a checklist or blueprint on all the things to do prior to the purchase (setting up LLC, finding a lender if needed, etc) and any tips are appreciated

Hi Sagar, I suggest becoming a member of SJREIA that is a community of local investors. They have monthly meetings (now virtual) that help with connections.
