How to BRRRR with a partner?

I am looking for a strategy to combine money with a partner and both benefit from the process. However, we don't have enough capitol to invest by ourselves in the location that we want. So we have decided that we would like to combine our money and finance a deal together. What is a good strategy where both partners receive maximum benefit in the BRRRR method? I have considered having one person benefit by owning and renting the home and the other benefit by getting a return through the refinance, but still unsure how that would play out. Let me know your thoughts!

Thanks in advance!
