Hi Shiela! Come on in - the water’s fine! I am an agent and personally invest in Destin. Matt “Roar” Gardner is a colleague of mine and is very active as well. Feel free to PM me! The short term rental strategy is strong down here in the panhandle!

And if you weren’t aware, Congress just released the Decision of Record to approve 3 new F-35 squadrons at Tyndall AFB in Panama City. As a fighter pilot and investor, I suspect PCB will grow very quickly in the next 5 to 8 years! The amount of jobs these programs bring will definitely make an impact.

@Shiela Gerasimenko - In which niche do you plan on investing in the area? If you're looking into STRs, I personally wouldn't focus on Freeport; I'd recommend focusing on the Destin through PCB areas.  If you're looking into LTR or Multifamily, that may be another story, depending on your price point.
