Hi there,

I grew up with my parents being in so much debt. They started with nothing in a 3rd world country so they had to borrow money to finance all their businesses. I saw how much stress they were in and told myself that I would never borrow money. But now that I am getting into investing, I realize that to grow wealth you have to leverage on debt. So do you guys have any book recommendations on how I can get over that apprehension to borrowing money? Advice on the topic will also be much appreciated. Thank you.

@Luke Carl Hi Carl, how do you manage it from a distance? I’ve look into it and property managers are taking 20% of the profit. It is just to pricey.

We are trying to purchase a property from a couple who is having trouble keeping up with the mortgage on their new home. They have only been living there for less than a year. What deal can we do to purchase it but also help them avoid being taxed for selling their primary home too early?

Currently looking into purchasing Vacation rental in Florida. But wondering if you need a business license prior to renting the place.
