Vacation Rental experience
Hello Everyone,
My partners and I have been discussing the pros/cons of a vacation rental in the Outer Banks area ( open to other areas) since there may be more potential to generate higher cash flows. We all live between 6-9 hours so we'd obviously be paying a property manager. Wondering who has experience and if you're willing to provide pro's/con's lessons learned. thanks
