Anyone used Rent to Retirement

Was listening to a BP pod cast and one of the advertisements was for Rent to Retirement. Has anyone bought a investment property with them?

    @Jason Dirks

    Thanks for the interest.  There is quite a bit of BP threads where people have asked the same question you have, or talked about their experiences.  I will post some links below that should be helpful.

    @Jay Hinrichs thank you for the positive mention!

    To clarify Lee's comment, in most markets we work in (KC included) we operate in A, B & C neighborhood classes.  It far too general to assume all inventory offered is in one type of area.  We have homes that range from an $80k C class up to $300k A class properties.  We have a variety of investors looking for different products, so we try to offer a diversity while still meeting our fundamental criteria.  We also have brand new construction in KC & FL that are generally all in upper B or A class locations so lots to choose from.  It all depends what you specifically are interested in.  I'm happy to answer any questions you have.  I think you will find our reputation to be pretty positive overall.
