Analyzing Deals from Realtor Perspective

Minilik Addis

If you're a real estate agent, what are the ways you go about analyzing a deal before sending to potential buyers? I'm an agent based in the San Fernando Valley in CA and I work with investors to help find potential deals, new to BP and would love to connect!

Well the buyer needs to define their criteria. Every single person wants something different. Your job is to find the properties that meet the individual buyers/investors criteria, or tell that that what they want doesnt exist in your market if that is the case.
