Investor looking for Opportunity

I am an entrepreneur looking to expand onto Real Estate, I am actively looking to partner with Wholesalers, and Realtors who can generate consistent leads. I have the capital readily available to invest into cash flowing investment properties.
My interests are, Single Family Rentals, Fix and Flips, BRRR Opportunities, Multifamily Rentals, New Construction Builds. I have an MBA in Finance Investments. I just finished closing on my first property, my goal is to acquire an additional 10 properties within the next 6 months to a year.
