Cincinnati Lender - Commercial Multifamily

Hi BP Community,

Looking into options for multifamily Lending and seeing what kind of products that are out there.

Trying to avoid the 5 and 7 year ARMs and prefer longer-term products. Also, out of state investor here that currently has property and assets in OH.

Can anyone recommend any lenders that might be a good fit?

Thanks in advance. 🙏

Andy

@Andy C.

Are you working with a mortgage broker at all?  There are literally hundreds of lenders out there and many offer long term financing that look and act just like conventional mortgages without all the headaches and paperwork.

DSCR is one of the most common loans for investments because they are easy and don't require income, employment or DTI calcs.

Cheers!
