FHA Loan Questions....
I have a duplex I purchased with a FHA loan. I put property in my personal name, and now I want to put the property in my LLC or at least from out a primary home situation. How can I make this happen? My first payment was made 11/01/2021 (exactly 6 months ago).

Hi @De'Anton Gipson - what is your goal here? Are you trying to use the FHA loan again to buy another property? If this is what you are trying to accomplish, you are going to have to either sell the property or refinance it with a conventional loan, as the FHA loan will need to be paid off. The alternative to this would be to keep the FHA loan on that property and purchase your next property with a conventional loan instead.
