Non-Recourse Lenders - Residential
Hey,
Who are some good lenders for non-recourse loans on investment properties? What are you currently seeing as rates and terms(LTV, Points, I/O, etc) ?

@Erik Egelko yeah, you might be very hard pressed to find a lender that does this. I would highly suggest to reach out to other investors in your market. Local would be better here. There's several real estate investor groups that meet in San Diego. Go to all of them and start the search.
