Recommendation for conventional loan - fast closing
Hi folks, I was going down the route of DSCR loan initially but I think I qualify for the conventional loan at this point. I need this to be closed with 2-3 weeks. Is there any recommendation for a lender I can work with? I have the appraisals/inspection/title ready.
