DFW area 1st lean HELOC suggestions
Does anyone have suggestions for Lenders that Will do 1st or 2nd lean HELOCS in the DFW Area. 1st would be my preference. I have checked with several Local Credit Unions that do second lean HELOCS and the best rates I have seen currently are Variable at prime + .5% (I have good credit, plenty of Equity and good debt to income percentage). Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Tyler
