If it’s too good to be true then it is.

Several easy ways to see a scam

1. Yahoo, Gmail or aol email account

2. Want $ upfront

3. Will say they lend 100% or more

4. Stupid low rates

Those are just a few. Ask them to jump on a zoom call, that will weed most out.
