Help Please I am new Investor and struggling

I have already spent fifteen thousand dollars for a program that didn’t show me how to get financing for my deals and I am broke seriously broke like don’t know where I’m going to get money to feed my family broke and I am HUNGRY in more ways than one this means the world to me I have to make this work so please if anyone can help me find private money lenders that will take a chance on me let me know I know I will make us a lot of money because I have. I other option but to make it work and there is no more a dangerous thing in this world than a mama trying to take care of her babies with nothing to lose so please help any direction is appreciated I don’t want a hand out I want an opportunity to show what I can do

@Amee Gardner I'm sorry to hear about your situation, it sounds quite difficult. 

First and foremost, could you share the name of the course you bought? It's helpful for our community to get feedback on these high-priced courses. 

Secondly, as other responses have mentioned, it's going to be difficult for you to attract a private lender without experience, or money to put down. Most private lenders require either experience, or a downpayment -- and most require both. 

The reality is that getting started in real estate is best done from a position of financial stability and strength. I wouldn't recommend trying to get into real estate to solve immediate financial needs. This is a long-term business with short-term risks. Therefore my recommendation is to try to find a way to create financial stability for yourself and your family, without making an investment. This could be with a full-time job in any industry. Perhaps you can find one working in real estate services -- like Property Management, Contracting, Lending, etc. -- where you can learn the business while getting yourself in a position over time to make investments.
