SDIRA for private lending

Tiffany McKinney
Posted

I would like to lend to a BRRR couple using my SDIRA. I am new to this world. What type of questions should I be asking? We've started discussing terms. $90k at 7.5% for 22 years. Appreciate any advice!

Check at @Beth Johnson book lend2live.

Also $90k for 7.5% is very very generous. What is the Loan to value on that?
