Help with Heloc
Hello can someone help with good heloc lender or bank they do on investment property (I know no many but I know they have few there they do it ) I just did refinance cash out pay yo my HM loan i have on it I have around 61k in equity after I did yhr math with 65% ltv not 70% I know they bring on investment... I was able to do perfect brrrr now I'm want to do it with more room with money behind me.... ty for all
