Question about the aprizel... i heard many times here and in any podcast I'm listening the best way to get good aprizel report after you do your renovation for example to do brrrr is keep everything documented.. my question what donyou mean exactly?? The invoice i have or the estimate i have from the sub contractors ?? 

Or me as the owner wirte everything i did 

for example..??

*install a new frunce 

*install a new fence all over the property 

*Tuckpoint work all around the house
