A conversation with an investor changed my perspective.

I recently asked an investor what mattered most when choosing a lender, I expected the answer to be interest rate.

Instead, he said, "I've lost more money from delayed closings than I've ever saved chasing the lowest rate."

It made me realize that experienced investors often evaluate financing very differently than newer investors.

Has your perspective changed over the years?

If you could only choose one, would you prioritize price, speed, certainty, flexibility, or something else?
