Questions to ask at a closing

For those of you have refinanced your mortgages. What questions do you ask at a closing? Or do you just sign some documents?

 Ask about any prepayment penalties, any due on sale clauses, will the mortgage be reported on credit, and if there is any grace period in case you accidentally missed a payment.
