"House Hacking" in Maryland area

Happy New Years to all!

This is a continuation of my previous post. I am looking for an investor or someone who sells a single family home with finished basement (with two or three rooms,  and common area for the rooms [living room, bathroom and small kitchenette if possible] ) between Rockville, MD and Silver Spring, MD where there is access to transit (bus, train). This is what i am trying to apply what i learned on this forum about house hacking! please you can contact me if you are in the area. I qualify up to $400k.

I have had terrific luck in other buying off the mls with a pit bull real estate agent. By looking at houses that turned off the traditional buyer (ugly, needed work, bad ad, foreclosure, short sale, etc). I have had terrific luck in finding what I need all on the mls.
