Hello All - Looking for a hard money lender who will lend in New Mexico. We are a three year old firm with existing properties in New Mexico. We are expecting to acquire another 4-12 unit multifamily property in the next 3 months and would like options, any recommendations?

Thank you

Mike

Mike,

I know of a few hard money lenders here in Abq but they aren't cheap. Great in a pinch but not very good for long term situations or lower margins stuff. I have a couple of owner financing options on Multis. If you're interested in the contact info on the Lenders or the properites, let me know!
