does anyone know if any bank do 30 year portfolio loan for investment properties in virginia

@Quinton T., I just closed a blanket loan on 4 properties in an LLC in NC with Lima One Capital. I know they lend in VA too. 30 year fixed. The rate was a little higher than I would have liked but competitive with commercial loans when you consider the amortization and no balloon. I called a lot of banks about portfolio loans but never found that unicorn and it is hard to make the numbers work with commercial rates and terms.
