@Isaac Blocher thanks for the advice

I have 2 rentals I want around 15---- both cash flow great-- but it seems i'm going to have to wait at lease 6-9 months to get another--- barring if I can save all my cash flow--- the properties I look for are around 100k and down--- and advise on financing long term deals?

The cash flow you are making from rental properties- do you pay off one of the mortgage with the cash flow money or do you save the money for the next deal.... torn between the two--- a lot of people say -- "ohh you can find the money form somewhere else- buy another property"--- easier said than done
