Recommended Ohio Bank Lenders?

Hey all - I'm looking for recommendations for bank lenders for residential investment properties in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area.  This would be for the standard 20/25% down loan.  I've been looking through the BP forums, speaking to individuals with experience investing in the Cleveland area, and going through online reviews, however I'm not turning up any real good options.  There has to be someone on BP who's invested in an investment property in the Greater Cleveland or Ohio area in the past who can recommend their mortgage lender! :)

Thanks in advance!

Brian is currently writing loans for out-of-Ohio investors for 15% down and upper 4%-range rates on multi-family properties. Even lower rates for single family products. Tell him I said hello if you reach out. Brian wrote the mortgage on the house I live in with my family and has worked with me and other investors on numerous deals in the Cleveland area.

I also know that @Jerry Padilla has a very similar loan program available for investors. I have not yet worked with Jerry, personally, but know a lot of people have.
