Lender Interview Script Template

Hi guys,

I'm getting into position to start interviewing banks/lenders to get my financing in order and see what is available in my area. I am creating a script to use in weeding out potentials when i call them. Would anyone be willing to review (see below) and let me know what else i am missing? I am interested in buy and hold residential (SFR and MF) using essentially a BRRRR methodology. I am targeting potential portfolio lenders initially.

Thanks in advance!!

You need to look into nonbank lenders. The 'conforming loan' box is highly restrictive for investors.
