Horrible experience with Lima One Capital
I had a horrible experience with Lima One Capital. They've wasted 3 months of my time and took the term unprofessional to the next level. I have a property that I bought for cash, rehabbed and rented. Almost the perfect Brandon's BRRRR. The cash out refinance process took 3 months with them! a day before the closing they decided that the appraisal needs to confirm my rehab. Obviously he said that it is out of his scope to confirm or deny. They offered to refinance my property according to the value that I bought it for and not the current value, which needless to say is a joke. Very unprofessional lender!
