Long term money for non residents
Hey everybody I am just checking if any new lenders have come in to the market in the last 12 months. We are constantly looking for long term money for non residents with good credit scores. Mostly small portfolios but some single purchases. Cheapest money we can find so far is 8% would like to get that down.
Our clients are exclusively in Shelby County, (Memphis) Tennessee. A and B grade properties.
