Hi all. I have a deal tied up that I'm going to flip. I have conventional funding set up, but need it quicker than 30 days, so considering hard money.

need 120k for property and 50k to flip. 

Does anyone have a hard money lender they can put me in touch with in the NJ New Jersey area?
