Looking for a good mortgage broker

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if I can some referrals for a mortgage broker (a good one of course :) in the bay area.

I am looking to buy my first property (primary) in the next 6 months in Castro Valley, CA. I already got a pre-approval from my bank (BofA). They gave me a 30yr fixed at 3.5%. Not sure if this a great term in our current economy but wanted to get an opinion from others. Please let me know if you know of a good one.
