Hi BP friends, So here's my dilemma, I would like to purchase a flip, but I'm not gonna be able to use the bank this go around. Does anyone have any suggestions for the western ky area. I'm looking to build a great relationship with someone. I currently have 1 rental. I am a contractor looking to ease my way into making a living by flipping, and having some rentals. I've got my eye on 2 flips now but it's just wishful thinking unless I can find a lender.
