How bad is too bad to close?

When it comes to conventional lending, how bad does the house have to look before a lender will not close? I am currently looking at a triplex that appears to have boarded up windows, some missing drywall, possible mold. Have not visited the property yet this is just what I can see in pictures. Any advice from lenders will help. Thank you
