VA Loan for Multi Family

Hi,

I am currently looking to purchase a multi family property with my VA loan. I cant find anywhere that list's the loan limit for multi family. I have found the single family limits and am curious if those limits are used for multi family? And then when calculating down payment requirements whatever is over the limit if you pay 25% of the difference and that would be the required down payment. Hopefully there is someone that knows where to find the literature on this or is a VA loan expert. Thanks in advance.
