Hey all, Was wondering if anyone can suggest a portfolio lender in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia or a bank who is investor friendly. Attempting to implement the BRRRR strategy on a single family home. Thanks in advance! Virginia Beach, Hampton, Suffolk, Newport News, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth.
