Conventional mortgage - Atlanta area

Hello,

I'm a Canadian investor (beginner) with 2 properties in Florida. As a Canadian investor I've been limited to working with some banks that take into consideration my Canadian financial history such as TD Bank. Unfortunately, TD Bank does not operate in Georgia, and I have plans to sell one of my poorly performing Florida homes (I said I was a beginner!), and investing in an Atlanta-area home instead.  Any suggestions about which bank to approach that would consider Canadian financial history like TD Bank, in addition to TD Bank financial history?

Thanks!

Richard.

@Noelle B. If you are still on the hunt for a great Atlanta "money guy" then let me know. I'd be happy to share the contact info for mine!
