I have a few investment properties in around the central FL area. Would like to connect with portfolio lender and find ways to grow my portfolio.

TIA,

Peter

@Peter Li - if the value of your portfolio is $1MM or more there are plenty.   If you are between 500k and $1mm there are just a couple who might look at it.    For smaller value portfolio the options are limited, costly, and slow (in my experience).

A portfolio loan is good if you have no intention of ever culling a property out of the portfolio (if you ever need to it gets a bit sticky).
