Heloc on Rental Property New Hampshire or Boston

Hello BP,

Does anyone know of a lender that does HELOC loans on Rental property in New Hampshire or Boston?

If the property is in your name and not a business or LLC, TD bank will do it. I have one with them

All of our LLC properties are with triangle credit union. They do all of our refi's and loans but I don't know if they will do HELOCs
