Credit Score 778... ✔️ Liquid Capital... ✔️ Great/Good Income... ✔️ Income Is 100% Commission... ❓ Stopped working for two years, just got back into W2 life in January... Any ideas for financing... I'm sure PM/HML are options, but what about small banks or credit unions... Would they touch me for investing? Located In Charlotte, NC... Please advise...

Off topic but congrats on working comission only. Those types of job often have the highest potential.

My leasing people who are comission only make way more than my leasing people who trade that comp plan for a small hourly and low comission.

I've almost always had a comission only pay (I'll include my life as a waiter in that bucket)
