Have any of the Canadian BPers been able to get a conventional mortgage on any of their properties in the US? If so, what was the process?

@Nathan Wiebe As a US citizen, you'll be able to get financing in the US (might not be on the best terms, but you'll get it). Alternatively, you can also work with RBC/BMO/TD through their US subsidiaries. They can leverage your Canadian credit history to provide financing in the US.
