Seller Financing (what docs the seller asks for)

When navigating seller financing, what are the typical documents that a seller will ask for in order to verify that the buyer is a credible, reliable, credit-worthy buyer, capable of following through on the purchase? Just a list of things a seller may ask to confirm the credit history and trustworthiness of a buyer is all I need to know.
