Anyone recommend a Maine-based community bank or financial institution that offers 30 year fixes for *non-owner occupied* 4 unit properties? Thanks!

@Dave Holman, I don't know if Mechanics Savings Banks does that, but Justin Laverriere at the Brunswick Station location would gladly take your call and let you know what he can do.
