Money Lending In Canada
Hey All,
I have been reading a lot on real estate investing and funding but mostly in the states (lol bigger pockets books you know). As excited as I am I quickly came to the realisation the rules are much different in Canada. So here is one of my questions. Is it possible to do a no money down rea estate investment in Canada, if so can yo direct me in the right path to learn how?
Cheers!

Low/No money deals are possible, but uncommon - not unicorn uncommon, but very rare just the same.
A deal where you have little to none of your own capital in the enterprise is more common.
However, in any deal you must still bring some value to the table (capital, experience, ability, resources, etc) otherwise the remaining parties have no motivation for your involvement.
As a new investor with no demonstrable track record capital is your easiest ticket to the table. If you do not have capital nor experience, but sufficient ambition, a path may be to find a successful investor in your area and see if you can trade labour/skills for the opportunity to be an understudy.
