Who's a good local lender that you guys like to use?
I need to do a cash out refi on my personal home in order to purchase future rentals. Are there any any recommendations in the Denver area?

Hi @Heather Dane. I see you already have one recommendation but Bigger Pockets does have terrific state forums too. If you know what product you need but just need a local recommendation then try posting in the Colorado forum. Should have lots of good people that can recommend specific people/companies too.
