Hi all - I'm looking fora real estate attorney to help out on a small transaction of less than 200K, either as a lender or with an equity component. I, trying to figure out how to address the promissory note point while also receiving some security to ensure performance. I will also need some general assistance with the transaction. The investment concerns a small development, mostly funded through bank financing; however some equity is required prior to close to cover the non-bank financing portion.
