Double mortgage in rental properties

Ricardo Cuartas
Posted

I have two duplex, that’s are paid cash using my equity loan on my primary home. I am in the middle of refinancing both of them with the same lender. Should I treat each property individually or combined them and obtain one loan??? Thanks

Discuss the numbers with your lender. They should be able to help you figure out the most beneficial solution.
