@Jacob Lane Dunavent try posting this in the Ohio forum.  There should be some good locals that monitor that forum that can point you in the right direction.  Also, try to find some local real estate groups that meet close to you.  Meetup is a good site to use but some will post to the Bigger Pockets marketplace as well.  Hope this helps!
