Hello all I am new in the Real Estate Investing Game in the Tampa Florida Area. I currently am looking at a great cash flowing Duplex which I am not able to provide a 20% down payment and I am without 2 years of employment, where can I look to fund this deal? Thank you all advice is greatly appreciated!
