I think that is a tremendous idea! A lot of times it's the little next step that many teachers overlook but the newbies get stuck on, I would love to see the updated master list you come up with!

Hello BP!
I wanted to post a thread that I hope will show what is and what isn't working right now with regards to finding deals in this HOT market!
I'll go first, Me and my team are finding most of our leads/deals from driving for dollars in our local markets (Tampa and Brandon Florida) that we either take down ourselves or wholesale off to other investors. We have also pulled lists such as Out Of State Absentee Owner and Text blasted the list then Warm called the leads
