I recently created my first LLC in Florida.

However I went to open a checking account and in doing so I made myself the registered agent and thought that also meant I was the owner.

I had authorized my business partner and didn’t know I had to do the same for me now I am not the owner but my business partner is how can I fix this?

Thank you

Hey BP community, i'm having a bit of trouble finding a good first investment property here in the Tampa Florida area. I've connected with his many wholesalers as well as in Investor sided agent on top of me doing my own property research through MLS portals.

I'm looking for a single-family and small multi family under $150,000 to either fix and flip or use the BRRRR strategy l.

Would there be any advice From other investors that could help me lock up my first deal?

How have others found a reputable wholesaler they work with? I have come across many and all send me properties that the numbers don’t work out. Thank you I appreciate you’re time!

Hello, I am asking around to see if any of you have insight on what I should do with regards to Refi in the BRRRR method. I have a partner with w-2 income but I do not would this cause problem with a refinance even if the property is income-producing and I am going to be using Hard Money to get into my first deal so I just want to see what my exit strategies would be. Thank you!

@Odie Ayaga Ok thank you I've been calling around to many lenders and i definitely see what you're saying by upfront it looks like I'm saving money but all in all when it's over i ended up paying more in fees and whatnot. However, id still like to know some people that would lend 100% for future reference with larger deals.

@Evan Polaski Yes i agree most of them want experienced investors especially with the COVID situation, well thank you for the input i appreciate it.

For a cash-out refinance, do the banks approve it based on the properties value, cash flow, etc. to approve the refinance or do they also need to have the borrower's credentials like D-T-I, W-2, etc. Also if there is any other advice about this step with the BRRRR method id appreciate it.

Thank you.

@Kenneth Garrett Thank you for that yes if I had to go down the route of skin in the game most I could do is a 90% LTV. Unless i was able to connect with a Private Money Lender.

Thank you for the information! Yeah after getting my first few done I feel that most HML will loosen up.
