Hello all I am new in the Real Estate Investing Game in the Tampa Florida Area. I currently am looking at a great cash flowing Duplex which I am not able to provide a 20% down payment and I am without 2 years of employment, where can I look to fund this deal? When looking for a deal to wholesale if it is built before 1978 how do you go about the deal whether or not it has led based paint still? If it still has the lead based paint should I forget about the deal and look elsewhere or is it something I can do to work with that deal still? Thank you
